Andre Morales joined RWE Planning + Design as a Project Architect, bringing over 7 years of experience in architectural design and 3 years of experience as an Adjunct College Professor. Originally from Guatemala, Andre moved to Chicago in 2012 and earned his degree in Architecture from the Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT) in 2019.

Andre is a strong advocate for teamwork and believes that collaboration between clients and colleagues is essential to creating exceptional projects. His commitment to effective design and communication has contributed to his reputation as a thoughtful and dedicated architect.

Outside of work, Andre enjoys running and has completed multiple Chicago Half Marathons. He also has a passion for travel, often seeking out new cultures, cities, and architectural styles from around the world.
